Our story
The Academic and Career Development Initiative Cameroon (ACADI) was founded in 2010 by a group of young people committed to creating positive change in the lives of youth across Cameroon and Sub-Saharan Africa. What began as a grassroots movement is today a registered organisation collaborating with individuals, institutions, and partners to foster sustainable development.
We believe talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Our programmes close that gap — giving young people the digital skills, career guidance, entrepreneurial support, and health awareness they need to lead thriving lives and strengthen their communities.

2024–2030 Strategic Plan
ACADI Cameroon's 2024–2030 Strategic Plan provides a clear roadmap for expanding impact across five strategic pillars: Organizational Development, Advocacy, Economic Empowerment, Education, and Health Promotion. The plan prioritises strengthened institutional capacity, diversified funding, evidence-based programming, and deepened partnerships — ensuring ACADI continues to deliver measurable, lasting impact.
